Refund/Returns Policy

All meal sales are final and Anthem Hospitality does not provide refunds unless the event is cancelled. The customer’s inability to attend or decision to not attend does not warrant a refund.

Although highly unlikely, the event organizer or the venue that host events reserve the right to cancel an event at any time. All affiliate companies, subsidiaries and business partners are not responsible for refunds, information on the website or actions at an event.

After purchasing a meal you will receive an e-mail that will act as a receipt unless otherwise noted. Your order will be sent directly to the culinary team as well. To pick up an order simply come to the Charles River Bistro in the specified time window for the event and show your photo ID to match your name to the name on the order.
